Solaris (Formerly Miami) is a major coastal city located on the southeastern coast of what was once the state of Florida, North America on Earth[1]. It was established in 2265 on the ruins of the original Miami, which had largely been abandoned due to the effects of climate change, rising sea levels, and severe storms. Today, Solaris stands as a model for sustainable coastal development, powered entirely by solar energy and tidal power plants, and known globally for its leadership in climate research and eco-architecture. With a population of 2.5 million residents, the city has become a hub for scientific innovation, tourism, and business.

Solaris was constructed during the Mid-23rd Century, as part of Neo-Pangaea’s[2] efforts to reclaim valuable coastal regions lost to climate change.
